What every paid plan includes

Every paid plan includes unlimited assignments, unlimited recordings, Google Classroom roster import (Google schools), CSV upload, recordings delivered direct to your own Google Drive or OneDrive, teacher email notifications on submission, and session integrity monitoring. The data we hold is metadata only: video bytes never traverse eViva’s servers in production. Our database is hosted in the EU (Frankfurt, Germany), with all connections encrypted in transit and at rest. UK-EU adequacy decision applies for UK schools; PDPL-aligned residency is available for whole-school customers on request.

Buying for a school or group?

School pricing is banded by teacher seats, so a department of eight pays less per teacher than a teacher buying alone, and a full staff room less again. We quote in AED for UAE and MENA, and in GBP for UK schools.

For Ministry of Education networks, multi-school groups, and large district deployments, we work with our regional partner on procurement and onboarding in the UAE and wider MENA region, and invoice directly from Copeland Digital Ltd for UK schools. Frequently asked questions

How does the free trial work?
Fourteen days, full features, card on file. Cancel any time during the trial and nothing is charged. On day 15 your card is charged the plan price; you can keep cancelling from the customer portal at any time.
Can I switch between monthly and annual later?
Yes, from the Stripe customer portal accessible from your dashboard. Switching to annual gives you the annual discount on the next renewal; switching to monthly keeps your existing period intact then renews monthly.
What happens if a payment fails?
Stripe retries automatically over a seven-day window with email reminders to update the card. During that window your account stays on full access. If retries are exhausted, your account moves to read-only - your data is preserved and a renewed subscription lifts you back to full access immediately.
Which Google accounts can sign in?
Recognised school domains (those ending in .edu, .edu.<country>, .ac.<country>, .sch.<country>, .k12.<state>.us, or .school) are auto-approved. International schools using .com or country-specific .org domains can request access through a short form; approval is usually within one or two working days.
What does whole-school pricing cost?
Quoted per teacher, banded by how many teachers you licence: AED 200 each from 5 teachers, AED 160 from 20, and AED 130 from 50. You never pay more than the next band’s entry price, so a school licensing 19 teachers pays the same as one licensing 20. The form above prices it as you type. A secondary school licensing 70 teachers lands near AED 9,100 a year, or about AED 9 per pupil if that is how your budget is set. Tell us your context and we will email a written quote. What counts as a seat?
One seat is one teacher who signs in and runs eVivas. Seats are not tied to pupil numbers, class sizes, or how many eVivas a teacher sets. Your school administrator sees seats used against seats purchased on the school dashboard and can free a seat when a teacher leaves. You can add seats at any point in the year, and we invoice the difference to your existing renewal date.
How do we buy a school licence?
Send the enquiry form and we will email you a written quote, normally within two working days. There is no sales call. When you accept the quote you will receive a payment request from Copeland Digital Ltd for UK schools, or from our regional partner for the UAE and wider MENA region. Access and your site licence are granted once payment clears.
Where is student data held?
Our database is hosted in the EU (Frankfurt, Germany). Connections are encrypted in transit and at rest. Recordings upload to your own Google Drive or OneDrive, which remains under your school's existing data agreement with Google or Microsoft. UK and UAE regional residency is available for whole-school customers on request.
Is there a data processing agreement?
Yes, our standard Article 28 DPA template is published at eviva.tech/dpa and signed on request at the whole-school tier. PDPL-aligned for UAE, UK GDPR-aligned for UK.
Why is pricing shown in AED?
eViva is built and supported from Dubai by Copeland Digital Ltd, with our primary partners in the region invoicing in AED. UK teachers can switch to GBP above the plans, and are charged in the currency they choose. Whole-school contracts can be invoiced in AED or GBP.
What happens when I cancel?
Recordings already in your Google Drive or OneDrive remain yours. Your account is preserved in read-only for 180 days for reactivation, then deleted along with its metadata. You can resubscribe from the pricing page at any point.
